Those with Administrator privileges in Signal Kit have Dashboard access.
- District Admins have access to all district members and all district reporting data. He/she can send district-wide announcements.
- School Admins have access to site members and site reporting data. He/she can send school-wide announcements.

Signal Kit Administrators will receive a Welcome Email. Click “Get Started” to begin the onboarding process.
If an Admin is unable to find the Welcome email:
Search the junk folder and mark as safe
Double-check with your district Administrators to ensure Signal Kit has been whitelisted
Head to https://app.signalkit.com/login/ and click on “forgot password”. Enter the district email address that’s found within the SIS to access password reset email.
Text Message Opt-ins will send to all members who have never opted in or onboarded already on a date determined by the district.
Replying “Join” or “Start” opts in for all future announcements. You can opt-out of future text messages by replying “Stop”. Or, you can reply “Help” for more information.
Staff members who are also parents may receive a text auto-response indicating an error if the mobile number is associated with both the staff and parent account. Please update notifications within the staff account and parent account so notifications are enabled/disabled for both accounts.
New text opt-ins and welcome emails will send to brand new members of the district once synced to our system.
